Frequently Asked Questions
-
Bluu is Flow's streaming app — live channels, sports, and local news in one place, with on-demand shows and movies coming soon. There's no box and no equipment to install. Download the app on your phone, tablet, smart TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV or Google TV, sign in with your Flow ID, and start watching. Bluu is exclusive to Flow Internet and Post-Paid Mobile customers.
-
Bluu starts at around USD $9.99/month, priced in your local currency. The exact price varies by country. The Bluu subscription is added directly to your Flow bill — there's no separate billing account to manage. In some countries new customers get a free preview period before billing begins. See pricing for my country →
-
Bluu is available to Flow customers on an Internet plan, Post-Paid Mobile plan, Flow Evo (or older AVS cable box) TV plan, or any combination of those. Bluu is not available on prepaid plans, and Hub TV customers aren't eligible (see the Hub TV question below). Flow can activate Bluu for you in store, by phone, or on WhatsApp. Availability is rolling out by country — check your country →
-
Once Bluu is live for your country, you can add it to your Flow bill in three ways: visit a Flow store, call Flow customer care, or message Flow on WhatsApp. New subscribers in many countries get a free preview window before billing starts. The preview length, price, and lineup vary by country. See how to subscribe in my country →
-
Yes — to use Bluu you'll need a Flow ID, and that Flow ID must be linked to your Flow account (your bill) so we know which services you're entitled to. Your Flow ID is the same login you use across other Flow products (the My Flow app, your Flow account online). If you don't have one yet, or if you're not sure whether yours is linked to your bill, the steps are straightforward — How to Create a Flow ID and Link Your Bill →
-
No. Bluu is app-only — there's no Bluu box, no installation visit, and no cables. You just download the Bluu app on the device you already own (phone, tablet, smart TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV).
-
Bluu works on:
Phone & tablet — iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android tablet
TV — Apple TV, Android TV, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV
Download links are in the "Enjoy Everywhere" section above. Smart TVs from 2021 onward should work; older sets (2020 or earlier) may work but aren't guaranteed.
-
You can install Bluu on up to 8 devices on a single account. Up to 2 devices can stream at the same time. So you might be watching the football on the TV in the living room while someone else watches cartoons on a tablet in their room — both at once.
-
No. Hub TV customers are not eligible for Bluu — they're separate Flow services. If you're a Hub TV customer and you want to watch on the go, use the Hub TV Companion App instead of Bluu.
-
Live TV and your local channels, with sports as the headline draw — RUSHSports, Flow Sports, and bonus sports channels during major tournaments like the FIFA 2026 World Cup. Football, cricket, Formula 1, basketball, regional sports — all live, all on Bluu.
Family TV like Paw Patrol, CocoMelon and Meekah is coming soon. So is On Demand+ with movies and series.
The exact lineup depends on your country. Bluu today is one plan; more Bluu plans are coming with extra channels and on-demand libraries. See what's available where I live →
