Fix a Problem

If you encounter an error while signing in, ensure you are using the correct email and password. If the issue persists, reset your password and try again. If you are a Flow customer, contact your local Flow customer service line go to your nearest Flow branch to confirm what email address is used on your bill.

If prompted to subscribe when trying to sign in, check if your subscription is active in the My Account page nd ensure you are using the correct FlowID with your bill linked. For direct subscribers, ensre you are using the same account you may have purchased your subscription from in the google play & Apple store.

To create a you can click our Sign In / Sign Up link here: and register for a free FlowID. If you are a Flow customer, ensure you have your bill handy when it asks you to link your bill. Otherwise click “Skip For Now”

If you are an existing Flow Customer you should be able to find your email address via your Flow Bill. If you are unable to locate this, your bill may no have a bill attached to it and you would need to create one to link it correctly.

If you are a Flow Customer, contact your local Flow Customer Service line or go to your local Flow Branch for information on how to change your email that is associated with your flow account.
Otherwise if you are a directly subscribed customer, you may need to look in your SPAM folder in your email for any forgot password emails. -
For optimal streaming, ensure a stable internet connection. The minimum recommended speed is 5 Mbps. If buffering persists, try closing and reopening the app.

Bluu currently does not support offline downloading. However, this feature is on the roadmap.

If you experience a black screen with sound, try restarting the app and your device. Ensure your device's software is up-to-date and your internet connection is stable.
