Navigate to “My Account Tab” and you will see a “Plus” sign next to the photo of the current signed in profile. Here you can create new profiles, edit existing ones, or delete profiles as needed.

To create a kid's profile, go to my account management and create a new profile. In the profile creation page, click “Restrict content” which will then restrict any content not suitable for kids from being played.

Currently Bluu does not support subtitles and multiple languages. We are working on bringing this feature into the app.

Bluu streams content in HD 1080p. The app automatically adjusts the video quality based on your internet speed to ensure a smooth viewing experience.

Add shows and movies to “My list” for easy access. To add content, select the "Add to My List" option on the content's detail page.

Access live sports events by navigating to the “Sports” section in the main menu. Here, you can watch live broadcasts of your favorite sports.

On the home page you will also find a “Live Now” row which will display any ongoing sports as you are navigating the app.

Bluu offers the core sports networks in the Caribbean: Flow Sports, Rush Sports, Rush Sports 2, Sportsmax. Through these networks, we live stream premium major sports leagues including UEFA Champions League, Formula 1, West Indies Cricket, WWE, and many more. Please note sports regularly exchanges rights between different providers. Although we always strive to have the best content, some content may not be renewed or purchased by our broadcast partners.

Check the sports section on Bluu to see upcoming live events. Navigate to the “Upcoming Live” section to view the latest updates.

Bluu typically will have 1-2 weeks of schedules on the app at a given time due to the dynamic nature of sports events.

Live content availability may vary by region within the Caribbean. Check the Bluu app or website for the most accurate regional availability. If an event is not available in your region, it will not display in the app.

Replays of live events are currently not available, but we are working on adding this feature. Stay tuned for updates.

Downloading titles for offline viewing is not available at this time. We are working on adding this feature soon.

Use the search bar at the top of the website, or under the “more” tab in the app to find specific titles. You can also browse by categories such as Movies, Series, and Live Sports via the home page.

Ensure your Chromecast and device are on the same Wi-Fi network. Open Bluu, select the cast icon, and choose your Chromecast device to start streaming.
