Go to the FlowID Page here:
From there you can reset your password which will be reflected in the Bluu App. You can also use the “Forgot Password” feature if you do not remember your password. Please check your Spam or Junk folder for this email if it does not arrive in your inbox. -
If you are a Flow Customer, contact your local Flow Customer Service line or go to your local Flow Branch for information on how to change your email that is associated with your flow account.
Otherwise if you are a directly subscribed customer, you may need to look in your Spam or Junk folder in your email for any forgot password emails.

If you manage your subscriptions through your Google Account or iTunes Account, please click on one of the following links and ensure you are signed in to the correct email:
Cancel on Google PlayIf you subscribed via our website. Navigate to “My Account” and “Subscriptions” to cancel.

If you subscribed through google play or apple, you will be required to update your payment methods through their services.
If you subscribed through our website. Navigate to “My Account” and “Subscriptions” and “Payment Method” to choose or update your payment method. -
Bluu accepts payments through major credit cards, Paypal, Google Account, and Apple Account. Ensure your payment method is up-to-date to avoid interruptions.

If you notice an incorrect billing amount, contact one of our Bluu Experts here for assistance. A Response will be made within 24 hours.

If your payment is not accepted or processed, ensure your payment information is correct and up-to-date. If issues persist, contact your local financial institution to ensure your method of payment allows online purchasing.

Your billing date is available in the account settings under "My Account” and “Subscriptions”. Check this section to view your next billing date and subscription details.
